Schweppe, Patrick (Glasnevin) 5th July 2021 after a short illness surrounded by his loving family, beloved husband of Teresa and loving father of Caroline, Jeanette and Karl, very sadly missed by his family, grandchildren Clara, Saoirse, Evelyn and Connell, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

In line with Government advice and HSE guidelines regarding public gatherings a private family funeral will take place on Thursday, 8th July. Those who would have liked to attend but due to current restrictions cannot, please feel free to leave a message in the Condolence Book at the bottom of the page or send on condolences in the traditional manner.
