Parkes, Gabriel (Athlone, Ballybough Dublin, and late of Black Horse Grove) Surrounded by his loving family in the Mater Hospital, 29th of October 2024.

Predeceased by his cherished wife, Angela, and his dear siblings Mary, Johnny, Eileen, and Jimmy. Gabriel will be deeply missed by his loving siblings Hilda, Joan, Bernadette, Joe, Noel, Brendan, and Gerry; his adored children Gabriella, Angela, Marie, Susan, Mark, Derek, Adrienne, Sean, Shane, Steven, Robert, Paul, and David; his treasured grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sons-in-law and daughters-in-law, as well as his extended family, friends, and neighbours.

Gabriel proudly served 32 years in the Irish Army, beginning at Curragh Barracks, earning respect and lifelong friendships through his unwavering dedication and loyalty.

Repose, family only, Removal on Friday morning, 1st of November, to the Glasnevin Crematorium Chapel for 12PM ceremony. All are welcome to attend the crematorium.
