Thomas McConnell, Raheny, Dublin 5

Thomas (Tom) McConnell passed away peacefully on 15th February 2025, in the kind and gentle care of the Coronary Care Unit, Beaumont Hospital, surrounded by his loving and devoted family. Predeceased by his beloved wife, Elizabeth (Lillie). Adored and much loved father of Vivienne, Eugene, Colm, Brian, Cormac and Enda. Sadly missed by his son-in-law Tony, daughters-in-law Maudy and Marie, and Gilberto. He will be dearly missed and forever remembered by his grandchildren, Eavan, Aoife, Orla, Daniel, Kevin, Ailbhe, Darragh, Róisín, Robert, Sarah and Nicholas, great-grandchildren, Juliana, Abigail, Zelda, Bernard, Amelia and Olivia. Deeply regretted by his sister Evelyn, brothers Peadar and Gus, sisters-in-law Nancy, Margaret, Patty, Úna, Sylvia and Bernie and brother-in-law Michael, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and many friends.

A private family funeral will be held for Tom.
