Daniel (Danny) Rafferty

Daniel (Danny) Rafferty late of North Strand and formerly Sheriff Street, Dublin. 19th September 2026.
Peacefully, in the loving care of his family and the staff at St. Francis Hospice, Raheny.
Lovingly remembered by his devoted wife Joan and much-loved father of Eric, and the late Leon and Dean.
Danny will be deeply missed by his wife Joan, son Eric, grandchildren Tadhg, Evan and Cian, sons’ partners Wendy, Jilly and Sarah, his brothers and sisters Mick, Jean, Ray and Val, dear friend Catriona, his beloved dog Max, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.
Predeceased by his sons Leon and Dean and his brother Noel.
May he Rest in Peace.
Reposing at Stafford’s Funeral Home, North Strand, on Tuesday evening from 4pm to 6pm.
Removal on Wednesday afternoon to Glasnevin Crematorium for a cremation service at 2:30.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired to St Francis Hospice, Raheny.
