McCarthy, Catherine (Kay) (née O’Connor) – 7th July 2026 (Ballymun and formerly of Drimnagh).Peacefully in the Mater Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her parents, husband Christy, infant son John, sister Eithne and uncle Thomas.
Catherine will be very sadly missed by her children Denis, Gerard, Patrick, Mary, Richard and Caitriona, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family.

Catherine will be reposing at Staffords Funeral Home, Golf links Road, Portmarnock on Tuesday afternoon 14th July from 3pm to 5pm. Removal on Wednesday morning to the Church of St Anne’s, Portmarnock arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am.
A private burial will take place
