Sands, Gabriel (Gay) – 7th October 2026, (Portmarnock and formerly of Ballybough) peacefully in the loving care of the staff at Beaumont Hospital.
Beloved husband of the late Jenny. Loving dad to David, Susan and Garry. Gabriel will be very sadly missed by his sons, daughter, son-in-law Stephen, daughters-in-law Vanessa and Cathy, grandchildren Diane, Sarah, Sean, Zoe, Ethan and Natalie, great-grandchildren Hailey, Nadia, Arabella, Tommy, Madison and Amelia, brother-in-law Sean, sister-in-law Nora, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in Staffords Funeral Home, Portmarnock, on Monday 12th October 2026, from 3pm to 5pm. Removal on Tuesday morning 13th October to St. Anne’s’ Church, Portmarnock, arriving for Funeral Mass at 10:am followed by burial in Balgriffin Cemetery Extension.
