KIRWIN, Joseph (Joe) – 18th September 2026, (Howth, Co. Dublin and formerly of Blackrock, Co. Dublin). Peacefully, and in the exceptional care of the staff at Howth Hill Lodge Nursing Home. Beloved husband of the late Mary and loving father of Paula, Joanne, Elaine, Brian and David. Predeceased by his parents James and Mary, his sisters Lily, Maura and Mona and his baby grand-children Conor and Kate.
Joe will be very sadly missed by his sons and daughters, sons-in-law Paul, Henry and John, daughters-in-law Ciara and Susan, grandchildren Daniel, Ciaran, Shane, Emily, Ben, Killian, Grace, David, Erin, Ailbhe, Joseph, Jacob, Isaac, Samuel and Matthew; Marie and Alan and all of his beloved nieces and nephews, extended family and incredibly kind neighbours and friends.
May he rest in peace.
Joe will be reposing at Staffords Funeral Home, Golf Links Road, Portmarnock on Tuesday afternoon 22nd September from 2.30pm to 4.30pm. Removal on Wednesday morning to the Church of the Assumption, Howth arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am followed by burial in Balgriffin Cemetery extension.
