Sweeney, Katie – 11th October, 2026, ( Clontarf ). Peacefully, in the comfort of home surrounded by her loving family (and in the wonderful care of staff from St Francis Hospice). Predeceased by her loving grandparents.
Loving daughter of Ciarán and Sandra, cherished sister of Anna, Pierce and Pearl and adored girlfriend to Jack.
Katie will be very sadly missed by her heartbroken parents, brother and sisters, her beloved godchildren Alex and Grayson, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and her wide circle of friends and neighbours.
May her gentle soul rest in peace.

Katie will be reposing at home on Wednesday, 14th October, from 4pm to 6 pm. Removal on Thursday morning, 15th October, to St Gabriel’s Church, Dollymount arriving for Funeral Mass at 10.30am, followed by burial in Fingal Cemetery.
