The death has occurred of Robert Greene, Portmarnock, Co. Dublin.
Robert Greene, Portmarnock, and formerly of Avoca, Wicklow. Passed peacefully surrounded by his loving family at St. Francis Hospice Raheny on 27th August 2026.
Robert will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his beloved wife Edna, daughter Alma, sisters-in-law Elizabeth and Charlotte, brothers-in-law Adam and Tossie, nieces, nephews and grandniece, and extended family and friends.
Edna and Alma would like to thank all the staff at St. Francis Hospice, Raheny and St. Joseph’s Hospital, Raheny for their support, care and kindness in recent times.
Robert will be reposing at Staffords Funeral Home, Golf Links Road, Portmarnock on Monday 31st August between 2pm and 4pm. Removal on Tuesday morning 1st September to St Andrew’s Church, Malahide for Funeral Service at 11am followed by burial in St Andrew’s Church of Ireland Churchyard, Malahide.
