It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Simion Pruna of Malahide on the 10th of September 2026.
Beloved husband of Petruta and loving father to Andreea and Cristina.
He will be deeply missed by his wife , daughters, sons-in-law John (Bealle) and Gavin (Purtill), grandchildren Julia and Daniel (Atlanta, USA), Catherine, Andrea and Emily (Malahide), sisters Viorica and Doina, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Staffords Funeral Home , Golf Links road, Portmarnock ( D13 E0A2 ) on Friday 18th September from 3 pm to 5 p.m. Removal on Saturday morning 19th September to St. George’s Church, Balbriggan arriving at 10am for a Romanian Orthodox Service followed by burial in Balgriffin Cemetery.
