Burke, Christy (Christopher) – 26th of December 2025, (Ballyfermot and formerly of Inchicore), (Peacefully), in almost his 100th year surrounded by his loving family and in the care of the amazing staff of Glenaulin Nursing Home. Predeceased by his beloved wife Joan and his partner Mabel. Christy will be very sadly missed by his loving family, daughter Colette, son’s Brendan, Ciaran and Aidan, son-in-law Jimmy, daughter-in-law Veronica, his adored grandchildren and great grandchildren, extended family, friends, neighbours and everyone in the musical community that had the pleasure of knowing Christy.

Reposing at Staffords Funeral Home, Ballyfermot on Tuesday 30th December from 3-5pm. Removal on Wednesday 31st December to St Mathew’s Church, Ballyfermot arriving for Funeral Mass at 11.30am followed by burial at Palmerstown Cemetery.
