Grace, Patrick (Pat) – 26th December 2025, (Clondalkin and formerly of Smithfield), (Peacefully), surrounded by his loving family and in the wonderful care of staff in the ICU Unit in the Mater Hospital. Beloved husband of Trish and loving brother of Brian and Stephen. Predeceased by his loving son Wayne, parents Kathleen and Tommy and brothers Eddie and Davey. Very sadly missed by his wife, brothers, sister-in-law Sharon, all the in-laws from the Fogarty family, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, wide circle of friends and neighbours. Reposing at Staffords Funeral Home, Ballyfermot on Thursday afternoon 1st January 2026 from 2pm to 5pm. Removal on Friday morning 2nd January 2026 to the Church of Mary Immaculate, Rowlagh Clondalkin Dublin 22 arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by cremation in Newlands Crematorium.
