Shanks née Manning Carmel (Donnycarney and late of East Wall) March 25th 2017, (peacefully ) at home in the presence of her loving family- beloved wife of John and loving mam to Brian, John, Tracey and the late John and Paul, she will be sadly missed by her husband and children, son in law Colm, sisters Irene, Linda, and Sandy, brothers in law, sisters in law, grand children Daniel, Matthew and Ellie, nieces, nephews, extended family neighbours and friends. Reposing at staffords Funeral Home today (Monday) and tomorrow (Tuesday) with family in attendance from 4.30 o’c. on Tuesday with Removal to Our Lady of Consolation Church, Donnycarney arriving for 6 o’c. Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 11 o’c. followed by burial in Glasnevin Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to Sight Savers and Spina Bifida Hydrocephalus, Bunratty Drive, Coolock.
