Elizabeth O'Carroll, Killester, Dublin

The death has occurred of our beautiful mum, wife, artist, poet, sibling and friend, Elizabeth Carroll (O’Carroll) (née Mc Parland) of Killester Avenue, Killester, Dublin 5. Elizabeth passed away peacefully in Beaumont Hospital, after a short illness on Sunday the 10th of September, surrounded by her loving family. Elizabeth (Betty, Lil) was the beloved wife of Thomas (Mossy) to whom she was married for 53 years. She will be very sadly missed by her children Mairead, Niall, Finbarr, Jarlath, Kieran and Fiona, grandchildren Eoin, Cliodhna, Cian, Isabel, Luke, Grace, Shane, Ryan, Tyler, Sarah and Cillian, sons and daughters-in-law David, Orla, Liz, Diem and David, granddaughter in law, Paula. She will also be sadly missed by her siblings Brigid, Margie, Patricia, Michael and Gerard, their partners, relatives and friends.
Rest in Peace
Reposing at her son’s home on Dublin Road, Sutton on Wednesday, September 13th, from 6pm with prayers being said at 8pm. Removal on Thursday 14th September to Our Lady of Consolation Church, Donnycarney for 11am Funeral Mass and burial afterwards in St Fintan’s Cemetery, Sutton.

Family flowers only (single red and pink roses preferably), donations instead to Peter McVerry Trust.
