DODD Noel (Martin), (of Killester – late of Aughnacliffe, Co. Longford), January 12th 2021, peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. Noel, dearly loved husband of Mary (Caulfield), devoted dad to Ronan, Deirdre, Grainne and the late Pauline, loving granddad to Rebecca, Martin, Anthony, Matt, Rachel, Conor and Laura, dear father-in-law to Martina, Kieran, the late Ruairí and brother-in-law to John. Deeply regretted by his nieces, nephews, neighbours and friends.

Due to the Government advice and HSE guidelines, a private funeral will take place for the immediate family only. My deepest condolences to u all, ,my god I remember as a child Noel bringing my mother bridget ,Also from Aughnacliff so much Cod liver oil to give to use every day as a child,,it was Auful ,🥵🥵🥵,but mam, trusted Noel and the benefits of it for us children,,what a great friend Noel was to my parent’s ,my dad was from longford as well,Ballinee,,Noel never stopped calling to the old family home after our parents died in 95 ,Every christmas since bar the one gone by and the one back in the snow a few years ago,My brother got me to call by Noel’s house and drop off a present, we had a great old chat and I off course slaged him off over the cod liver oil from many years ago,,,,,I hope they all have met up now and my parents are looking after Noel,,,Our mam was buried on a tuesday and Noel died of Tuesday, our mam died on the 14th january and ur husband and dad was buried on the 14th January,,,2 great Aughnacliff people ,,once again my Condolence to all of u and may Noel have Eternal rest,,God bless him ,Gereoid Fealy,
