Whelan, (née Fitzgerald), Josephine, (Joan) – 26th August 2021, (peacefully), surrounded by her loving family, predeceased by her beloved husband Maurice, Joan will be very sadly missed by her daughter Kathleen, sons Maurice, Mark, Jim and Ken, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, her adored grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
The Whelan family would like to give a special thanks to all the staff on St Patrick Kavanagh Ward in St James Hospital for their professional, empathetic, and dedicated attention they gave Joan during her time in their care
