McCAFFREY, Gerard (Gerry) – 2nd January 2022, (Clontarf, Dublin) after a long illness borne with great dignity and courage in the wonderful care of the Mater Hospital and St. Francis Hospice. Son of the late Michael and Sarah (neé Fitzpatrick). Sadly missed by his brothers and sisters Vincent Noel, Margaret, Seamus, Mary, Therese and Pascal, nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, cousins, extended family and friends.Reposing at Staffords Funeral Home, Maypark, Donnycarney on Wednesday afternoon 5th January from 1pm to 3pm for family and friends. Removal on Thursday morning 6th January to St Anthony’s Church, Clontarf arriving for Funeral Mass at 11:30am followed by burial in Dardistown Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to the Mater Hospital Foundation and St. Francis Hospice.
