O’Connor, Patricia (Ann) – née O’Grady, March 4th 2023, (Clondalkin and formerly of Landon Rd, Ballyfermot) Peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff in St. James Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of the late Pat and loving mam to Susan, Lisa, Patrick and Martin, son-in-law Eugene, daughters-in-law Katie and Annie, grandchildren Sarah, Natalie, Emma and Reece, great – grandchildren Amie, Leah, Evan and Ruby, brother James, sister-in-law Bernadette, friends and neighbours.

Family flowers only, donations, if desired, to Donal Hollywood Ward, St. James’ Hospital.

Patricia will be reposing in her family home on Tuesday evening, 7th March 2023, from 6pm to 8pm. Removal on Wednesday afternoon 8th March 2023 to The Garden Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium arriving for 1.30pm service.
