The death has occurred of

Mary Slean
(née Smith)
Clontarf, Dublin / Kells, Meath
Slean, Mary (née Smith), (Clontarf and formerly of Carlanstown, County Meath), 10th March 2024, peacefully at the Mater Hospital after a short illness, surrounded by her loving family.

Beloved wife of the late Bernard, deeply loved and cherished mother of Jennifer, Alison and Bernard. Devoted grandmother to Roisín, Darragh, Erica, Fiona and Matt. Mary will be sadly missed by her loving family, sons-in-law Pascal and Eamonn, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired to The Geriatric Trauma Unit in the Mater Hospital.

Mary will be reposing in Staffords Funeral Home, Maypark on Thursday afternoon, 14th March, from 3pm to 5pm.

Removal on Friday morning, 15th March, to St Gabriel’s Church, Dollymount for 10.30am Funeral Mass followed by burial in Dardistown Cemetery.
