Declan Foley, Clongriffin, Dublin 13

Foley Declan (Deco), Clongriffn and formerly of Malahide, Howth and Sutton. 16th March 2024. Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at The Beacon Hospital. Much loved husband of Louise, devoted father to Aoibh and Larry and loving stepfather to Janice, Seán and Laura. Deeply missed by his twin sister Helen and brothers Paul, Gabriel, brothers-in-law, sisters- in-law, nieces, nephews and a wide circle of wonderful friends. Predeceased by his loving parents Dermot and Joan.

Reposing in Staffords Funeral Home, Golf Links Road, Portmarnock on Friday, 22nd March, from 3pm to 5pm. Removal to St. Fintan’s Church, Sutton on Saturday morning for 10am Funeral Mass followed by cremation in Dardistown Crematorium. A special mention of thanks to the caring staff at The Beacon Hospital. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to St Francis Hospice in Raheny.

At Louise’s request, attendees of the funeral are requested not to wear black, smart casual and some colour to reflect Declan’s colourful character. He will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by us all.
